<p><strong>So you want to book a show at Sköldpaddsön?</strong></p><p>Cool! To save us both some time, read this before you send a request. We love live music, but we love our neighbors, our venue, and our sanity more.</p><p>Here is how it works:</p><p><strong>1. Volume & Space (The Hard Limits)</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Volume:</strong> We do NOT do loud. If your drummer hits like they are playing Wembley Stadium, this isn’t the place for you. We keep our neighbors happy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Band Size:</strong> 1–4 people is ideal. 5–6 is tight but doable depending on instruments. More than 6? A big nope.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. No Music Snobs, But Show Me The Goods</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Send Spotify links!</strong><br />Send a raw video or audio sample of what you actually sound like live. We want to see the energy, not a polished studio track.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. The "Prime Time" & Crowd Rule (Important!)</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Don't ghost the room:</strong> Weekend slots and prime times are strictly reserved for acts that can actually draw a crowd. If you play on a Friday or Saturday, you are expected to bring your people.</p></li><li><p><strong>The Vibe Check:</strong> If your show clears out our regular guests or scares away the bistro crowd, we won’t invite you back.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Money & Tickets</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Ticket Price:</strong> You manage the payment via swish or how you want the guest to pay. Remember our guests downstairs must be able to use the bathroom.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stim:</strong> You pay the fee to STIM and register the show (they want 360 SEK per show).</p></li></ul><p><strong>5. Promo & Tech (Don't make us chase you)</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Promo:</strong> Once we agree on a date, send a high-res photo and a short bio ASAP.</p></li><li><p><strong>Facebook Event:</strong> Create the event 2–3 weeks before the show. Make us a co-host. Doors open at 161.00, music starts at 18:30 Use your own Swish for ticket sales.</p></li><li><p><strong>Tech:</strong> Come by and check out our gear beforehand if you live in Stockholm. Don't assume we have everything.</p></li></ul><p><strong>6. Available Days</strong></p><ul><li><p>Concerts are limited to specific days to keep a healthy work-life balance: <strong>Tuesdays and Fridays</strong>, <strong>Saturday </strong>and <strong>Sundays</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>Still interested?
